“Where liberty dwells, there is my country,” Benjamin Franklin reportedly mused. “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty,” Apostle Paul explained many centuries earlier. This pattern is the life story of Rafael Cruz and America alike. Liberty is found through whom the Declaration of Independence calls “Supreme Judge of the world.”
